This Privacy Policy is maintained by FlowPulse to answer common questions about how the app handles your data. It is not an independent certification or legal guarantee.

Local-first data handling

We do not collect, store, or upload your financial CSV data. All CSV parsing and dashboard calculations happen entirely within your local browser using client-side JavaScript. Your transaction history, balances, and projections never leave your device unless you explicitly choose to export them yourself.

What we do collect

When you sign up for an account or join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. This is used only for authentication, product updates, and support communication. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

FlowPulse uses the minimum number of cookies required for authentication and basic app functionality. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral analytics that follow you across the web.

Data retention

Because your financial data is processed locally in your browser, we do not retain it on our servers. Account information (such as your email address) is retained only as long as your account is active, or as required to provide you with service and support.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device, browser, and exported files secure. If you use a shared or public computer, remember to sign out and clear any downloaded CSV files when you are done.
